R. v. RT/R. v. Titmus, 2004 BCCA 633

Appeal of convictions for sexual assault of two teenaged foster children – complainants with FASD – argument that evidence of one tainted by improper structuring of first interview rejected – found reliable and credible – evidence of other internally inconsistent and found motive to fabricate – treated with caution – conviction on some counts relating to both complainants.  Appeal dismissed.
